Refund & Cancellation Policy
Project deposits and cancellations
Fox Traits accepts a 20% deposit to reserve one-time projects. The remaining 80% is invoiced after completion and must be paid before final delivery. The checkout amount is a deposit, not the full project fee.
Before work begins: You may request cancellation and a full refund of the project deposit within seven (7) calendar days of payment, provided Fox Traits has not started work on your project. If work is scheduled to begin sooner, please contact us before authorizing the start of work. We will confirm the start of work in writing.
After work begins: Refund eligibility is assessed based on work already completed, nonrecoverable third-party commitments, and the written service agreement. Any refund will account for applicable law and the terms agreed before work began. We do not guarantee refunds of amounts attributable to completed work.
Monthly services
Monthly service purchases cover the first month only. They do not automatically renew through this checkout. Future months are invoiced separately, subject to a written agreement. To cancel future services, notify Fox Traits in writing before the next billing period. Refunds for an active service month are assessed against services delivered and the signed agreement, subject to applicable consumer rights.
How to request a cancellation
Email Foxtraits25@gmail.com with your order number, name, service purchased, and reason for the request. We will acknowledge the request and review eligibility. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where supported by the payment provider; processing times vary.
Exceptions and legal rights
Third-party costs, paid advertising spend, and software charges are not included in standard service fees unless agreed in writing. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where a signed service agreement provides more specific terms, it governs to the extent permitted by law.
