About our services
Fox Traits provides digital marketing, brand strategy, creative services, advertising management, website development, and related consulting. Service descriptions are summaries, not guarantees of specific commercial results. Exact deliverables, revisions, schedules, dependencies, and acceptance criteria are confirmed in a written statement of work or service agreement.
Prices and payment
Prices on this store are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated. One-time projects show a 20% deposit at checkout; the remaining 80% of the agreed project price is payable before final delivery. Monthly service products cover the first month only; subsequent months are invoiced separately and are not automatically charged by this checkout. Advertising spend, paid software, third-party expenses, and applicable taxes are separate unless expressly included.
Project start and customer responsibilities
Work begins after required onboarding information, assets, access permissions, and written scope approval are received. Customers are responsible for supplying accurate information and materials they have the right to use, and for reviewing and approving work in a timely manner. Changes outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation.
Revisions, delivery and ownership
Revision rounds, deliverables, licenses, and intellectual-property transfer terms are determined in the written service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, final production files or credentials are released only after outstanding invoices are paid. Fox Traits may use licensed third-party tools or assets subject to their own terms.
Results and third-party platforms
Marketing outcomes depend on multiple factors outside Fox Traits' control. We do not guarantee revenue, sales, leads, advertising return, ranking positions, crowdfunding success, or platform approvals. Third-party services and platforms may change their policies or availability.
Cancellation and refunds
Review our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the deposit cancellation window, monthly service arrangements, and refund-request process. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
